A local food truck is testing out a limited-time location in an open food court space at the Empire Mall later this month.
Windy City Bites, a food truck that opened in late 2020 and brings a taste of Chicago to Sioux Falls, is opening for five days this month in a vacant food court space, which was formerly filled by Boss’ Pizza, said Samantha Lewis, co-owner of Windy City Bites.
