Elizabeth Restaurant values presentation almost as much as taste, making each dish feel like an experience. Chef Iliana Regan visualizes her creations and works backwards to bring those ideas into fruition. She draws inspiration from anything ranging from nature to movies, and her menu often carries a theme such as fairy tales or even Game of Thrones. The menu is seasonal, so selections are frequently changing, sometimes within a season.
