Chops Chicago Steakhouse Greenbelt 5 Ayala Center Makati Philippines by HourPhilippines.com

Chops Chicago Steakhouse Greenbelt 5 Ayala Center Makati Philippines. It is extremely difficult to find a restaurant that serves a truly memorable steak in the Philippines. Only a few deserves mention – Elbert’s Steak Room, Prince Albert, Mamou, Antonio’s Tagaytay, Malcolm’s and Tsukiji for Ohmi Beef. Oh my is there space for another? Chops is owned by Peter Ayson of Banana Leaf and Raymund Magdaluyo and was created to be an uspacale steakhouse We found the exposed brick walls and dark interiors perfect to set the mood for a steak. As wagyu fans we opted for the Tajima Wagyu over their dry aged Prime Chicago Beef and it was cooked perfectly medium rare and was seasoned well enough but it did not melt like butter in our mouth like at Tsukiji which uses Ohmi Beef the official beef of the Japanese Emperor. Next time we will have to try their Rib Eye Prime Chicago Beef which has been dry aged and supposedly sweeter, nuttier and a concentrated beef flavor before we make a decision to add it to our Top Steak Restaurant List. Thank you for watching.
